All too often, Economic Development objectives fail due to a lack of funding. Accordingly, the public sector should not be the only source of revenue to finance ED projects. We analyze the most logical revenue sources and develop a Strategic Plan to achieve the desired result. If a project fails, it should not be because funding was inadequate. Even in the worst of economies, opportunities for financial gain abound!
